Cleaning up what winter left us with is an important first step to a well maintained property. Our crews will cleanup old perennials, plant debris, and branches to spruce up the property and prepare it for further work.

Aeration & Over-Seeding as well as Fertilization are good boosters to stimulate grass growth, a good root system, and allow more water in. We currently offer weekly, or bi weekly Mowing and Trimming services. Our experienced mow team can identify different grass types and will adjust the mowing height accordingly. Lawn clippings can removed completely (bagging charges may be added to invoice) from sidewalks and the lawn for a cleaner look. Dethatching can promote more healthy growth as well. We offer Irrigation Repairs, Irrigation System Installations, and Maintenance. Our experienced crew can create a custom irrigation system for any home or commercial property. Aside from planting annuals and perennials, Linden Landcare can create custom ornamental flower beds using a variety of rocks and barn stone to increase interest and design to your property. Adding your choice of three different mulches can provide a clean appearance as well as keep weeds away.

Leaf Removal can be a hard task to complete by yourself, that why we have a dedicated team who will gladly Blow, Collect, and Vacuum your leaves away! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and per occurence removals. We can also leave or haul away your unwanted leaves from your property.

Fall is also a good time to prepare for the holiday seasons to come. We offer custom Holiday Decoration and Light Hanging!!

Winter

Winter has always been the toughest season to deal with here in Northeastern Ohio. We have a unique blend of warm - wet winters, and cold - windy winters as well. In the same week you can have a 57 degree day or a 15 degree polar vortex! You can, however, count on us to be prepared to deal with any conditions OHIO can throw at us! Our team is part of SIMA (Snow and Ice Management Association) and in so practice Industry Standards and Techniques to keep winter in check!

Winter Services include but are not limited to:

Snow Plowing, Ice Management, Sidewalk Clearing, Firewood Sales, Dormant Pruning, Custom Ornamental Planters & Grave Blankets and more!!

Most perennial shrubs and plants can be trimmed throughout the year, however, we like to wait until lots of different varieties are dormant to prune as so to promote healthier more symmetric growth. Lots of companies don’t know that it is safer to prune in December than in July. Dormant pruning is the process of performing routine maintenance pruning on trees and shrubs at a time when they are not actively growing.  Elevating low hanging branches, removing damaged or broken limbs, and creating space between structures and the landscaping can all be done during late Fall and Winter.   Routine pruning practices can be used, but plants can also withstand more dramatic pruning at this time of so it’s also a good time to address shrubs that are growing into walks and paths or that are growing above windows creating a safety concern.

Our Firewood is dry and well seasoned. We don’t sell any Pine or Spruce for burning. We sell wood by the truck or trailer load and can stack for an additional charge.

Snow Plowing and Ice Management are based on Seasonal, Per Plow, or Hourly Rate. If you don’t already have a contract with us, you will be plowed or salted at our earliest convenience. Typically only do Snow Work within 7-10 miles of Alliance.
